DAY 1 | Madeira
Meet your sidecar driver (2 vehicles) at the lobby. Get comfortable on your sidecar and enjoy a 3h ride. Your driver/guide will take you to visit the western side of Funchal, going through the newest part of the city, heading to a typical and unique fishing village. Discover its beautiful landscape, and get to know a little bit about its history and typical products. Take your time and your photos and then continue to one of the highest cliffs by the sea in Europe where a Skywalk glass floor waits to impress all visitors with its superb view over the Ocean, the island and on the horizon the Desert Islands. The following stage of this tour will take you back in time while rolling on an old coastline road, presenting you with alternate mountain and sea views.
After lunch, departure towards dock. During the afternoon, indulge on a private 3 to 4 hours yacht trip to discover the marvels of marine life fauna and the indigenous flora of Madeira island. Depart from the Marina in search for turtles, whales and dolphins, 3 miles from the coastal perimeter of Funchal and Câmara de Lobos. On the way back to the coastline, pause briefly to soak up the magnificence of the Cabo Girão, the second highest cliff in the World and the highest in Europe at 1,903 feet above sea level. As the yacht weaves its way along the southern coastline you will be able to appreciate the splendid views of Funchal. Reach the essence of nature and its authenticity with comfort and style!
